Is not the new disc of Nursery Arac, but a hike came in the territory of popular music. Falafel Project is the brainchild of Silvio Orlandi and Vincenzo Corino.

The falafel is a traditional vegetarian patty made of vegetables and well-spiced, of Middle Eastern origin but that can be enjoyed more and more in the West. There you can taste in London, the corners of Camden Town, as well as in the streets of Cairo or Tel Aviv, maybe within a thin and light fragrant bread possibly as an alternative to the usual cheese-burger.

Falafel Project presents a music that is rooted in the traditions, but be seduced by the new environment. The group offers songs in the Piedmont tradition, orienting while on a quest for fusion of various styles.
